Planned file fields
- A spreadsheet for the selected market when its research is complete
- Registered name, trading name and the registry identifier behind the record
- Legal form and dated registry status, checked alongside separate evidence of trading
- The company’s own description of its activity, alongside the industry code it files under
- Registered office and trading address as separate fields
- Website, general company email and switchboard number where the company publishes them
- Blank fields where public evidence does not support a value
Outside the planned file
- Revenue or headcount for companies that do not file or publish them. Neither is ever estimated
- Beneficial ownership in jurisdictions where no public register exists
- Personal mobile numbers or private email addresses
- Any indication that a company is for sale, raising, or open to an approach
- Credit scores, risk ratings or any other derived score
- An assumed right to resell or redistribute the file. Written use and sharing terms will accompany a finished market
Be clear-eyed about what this is. It tells you which companies exist, what they do, and how to reach them. It is a research and targeting list, not a credit file and not a set of qualified leads.

What does it cost?
No price is available yet. Each market will be priced after its research is finished and its checked record count is known. Email the market you need to ask about its research status; neither a release date nor a price can be quoted now.
Is this a subscription?
The planned model is one payment for a market, with no recurring subscription. The file is not available to buy yet; format, access and written licence terms will be published with the finished market.
Why pay for data that is on a public register?
Because the register is not the product. Getting from a bulk registry export to a list of real trading companies with a working contact route means removing dormant entities, resolving group structures, matching filings to the actual business, and confirming each one is trading. That work is the entire value, and it is the part a public register does not do for you.
When will it be on sale?
There is no fixed release date. Markets are planned for release as their research is finished. A market-specific email helps us understand which lists are useful to prospective buyers, but it does not reserve a file or set a delivery date.
Will there be updates?
There is no promised update cadence. The terms for each completed market will state what the buyer receives and how subsequent file access works.
How is this different from a credit bureau file?
This planned file focuses on sourced company identity and operating evidence, with unknown fields left blank. It will not provide a credit score or risk rating. Compare the fields and research method with any alternative before buying.
